Hey there! My name is Brandi Washington and I am the heart behind Growth Matters! As a therapist and licensed clinical social worker, I’ve spent my career helping individuals prioritize their mental health and well-being. With nearly a decade of experience as a Social Worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My expertise spans healthcare social work, where I have worked closely with patients navigating complex medical conditions, and a deep commitment to mental health and personal growth. Through my work, I have seen firsthand how physical health, emotional resilience, and social support intertwine, shaping an individual’s ability to heal and thrive.
